Bought from: GC2B
Made by: GC2B
Color: blue
Size: M
Material: 80% nylon, 20% spandex
Look:
I'm a fan of this color. Blue is my favorite color after all so I was glad they sell blue ones too! It's a simple, clean design. They also sell nude binders, more alike to your skintone. And they have colorful pride binders in trans and rainbow colors!
Binding:
Initially, I got a more, worn-out green half binder from a friend of mine. Then I eventually ordered a brand new blue binder in the same size. Definitely tighter when new :P But it is wearable. It's tighter than the Danae binder, but that also makes my chest much flatter. I really like the result of wearing this binder! Also when looking down, it's good to see how flat it gets. The front has the compressing material, while the back is stretchy, thinner and less thick. Although tight, it doesn't feel too restricting and I can move around it pretty well. It's a comfy texture that doesn't cause too much itchiness for me. But as with all binders, I sadly cannot wear it more than 3 hours non-stop, but that's not the fault of the binder but rather my own comfort zone.
Luckily for me, I can actually put it on fairly easy. I put it on as I would with a tank top/or sports bra. I just have to tug the underside properly down and then it fits. When taking it off, I pull at the shoulder straps first to get it over my head. I know for some people, that's not possible and they have to turn the binder inside out first. I tried that method too, and it's doable, albeit more struggling for me.
Comparison:
There's a clear difference between these two! The GC2B binder works like a miracle. Boom, teet yeet! The bra pictures are always the first ones, but I think that's even more clear with this comparison.
Recommended?
Yes! GC2B is on the market for quite a while and they're known for their well-made and safe binders, so I definitely recommend them. They also sell tank top binders and racerback models in various colors.
Pros:
+ flattens chest pretty well
+ comfortable material for the skin
+ affordable price
Cons:
- in some clothes, binder might be visible
- can be a struggle to put on for some
