Body Talk: Bottom growth

In today's post I'd like to talk a bit about bottom growth. I will be using a few medical terms, just so you are aware! I will use the word clitoris and labia a few times, but try to refer to your downstairs as your peen.

What is it? Will you get it and how to take care of it

When you go on T, you may or may not have heard of one of the effects that is “bottom growth”. What does it mean? It means that your clitoris will grow bigger. Nope, it won’t turn into an actual cis penis but it will resemble more of a peen for some, mainly it will resemble the tip of a cis peen imo!

Some people report bottom growth as the first thing that changes, but as is always the case with changes on T, it depends on your genetics and your body. Some people may not experience bottom growth at all, or much later. People have sometime reported to have growth again while they already on T for years!

So what to expect: your clit might get bigger, also making the clitoral hood more prominent, making the hood resemble a bit the foreskin of a cis uncut peen!

This growth may cause irritation, as pre T your peen might’ve been hidden between your labia. Now that'll poke out more, it can cause possible friction against your underwear. Not very fun of course, so find underwear that fits n feels comfy. But don't worry, sensitivity will decrease! Personally, I feel the exposed part of my peen has become a bit rougher, making it less sensitive to the friction of clothes etc.

Size: will differentiate from person to person. I think it can be like 1-5cm, latter being the maximum. I’m like 1cm in length 😂

Hygiene: Take care of your downstairs! Carefully pull back your foreskin to wash underneath and to clean the folds. Always only use warm water. You don't need soap for that ;)

As for some explanation for the pictures:

Front = front view, depending on how big you are, you may or may not see your bottom growth

Top down = my point of view when i look down my anatomy Side view = mainly the side view if i push the labia aside Front spread = view if i sit down with legs spread and also “open” up a bit :p
