Bought from: Rodeoh
Made by: New York Toy Collective
Color: caramel
Size: shaft 8cm/3.15inch
Material: 100% body safe silicone
Look:
Personally I think it has a very different look than other STPs on the market! The shaft is in a rather erect position and not made to bend down. It is a compact but thick and heavy STP. The tip is a bit too short for my personal taste: it looks a bit like they squished it down. The balls are bulky and a bit odd shaped. However, a quick glance might pass the test (but it's weird for other people to look at your junk at the restroom :P). The color fits my skin, though maybe a shade darker would've been better. I have the hazelnut pierre small packer but that one is too dark.
Packing:
I'm going to be honest here and say that packing isn't great. It's difficult because it's a rather hard prosthetic and the shaft is too stiff to properly bend down, even with NYTC's harness. I had to pack the Sam to the side to avoid increasing the boner-like look. I highly recommend tight underwear for this and also a harness. The harder density also makes it less comfortable to pack with for a longer time.
STP:
Unlike most STPs the Sam does not have any spill lip. But to my surprise, this STP works super well for my anatomy! In fact, it was the first STP where the STP function worked for me! I basically have to hold it against my downstairs with one hand and just go. I can pee without having to control my stream or hold back. I also don't have to squeeze the slit for the stream to go out. Some people say that has been an issue for them, but luckily not in my case. Weak stream or strong stream, the Sam can handle it all for me. I didn't have to worry about any leakage on the front or the back!! I think it's because of the design. The shaft is thick and the inside is hollow and has quite some space. The cup's design is tilted downward so gravity can properly do its work. Some STPs have a flat cup, meaning pee can build up in there without a direct outlet if you don't point the shaft down.
There's never much residue left once done.
Still, what I always do when using an STP, is lean over the toilet a bit, wiggle the shaft so the last drops get out and then with toilet paper clean any leftovers in the cup. I go even as far to roll up some paper and put it in the shaft, squeeze it to dry the inside as well.
Recommended?
I feel mixed about it. For the STP function I adore the Sam STP. If other designs have failed you in the past, you might want to give this boy a try. For packing it's sadly not ideal and way too bulky. A cheaper solution, is buying the Packer Gear Ultra Soft STP which is also sold on multiple sites. FTMEssentials have listed the smaller differences between the two designs.
I have to add, that the Sam STP has become a 3in1. You can pack, pee and play with it. NYTC offer an insert-able rod so you can use the prosthetic for sex. I have not used this function so I cannot give an opinion on this part.
Pros:
Note that these pros were all pro's for me. This STP might not work for your anatomy.
- No spillage or leakage
- No need to control your flow
- Sturdy cup, not flimsy
- 3in1 function
- only 1 hand necessary to handle
Cons:
- Sturdy and stiff, uncomfortable to pack with
- Difficult to pack with
- Pricier
Further explanation on how I use the STP:
I usually use only 1 hand to hold the STP in place. Mainly around the shaft and then use my ring and pinky finger to cup the balls against my body. I put the STP not too far back against me. Very much encircling my bottom growth.
•
The Sam has a thin slit. If you squeeze it, the hole gets bigger. Again, for me I don’t have to squeeze the slit. The pee comes out naturally. But maybe for you, it works best if you squeeze the tip a little.
•
After use: i tilt the cup downward to get rid of most possible left overs. It might look like a sudden final squirt xD
•
There will always be a bit of leftover.
That's where toilet paper comes in! I wrap it and roll it up to clean the cup. Put it in the shaft and squeeze the shaft to dry the inside. Usually I use both hands for this, but being at home i have the privilege to use the sink as a stand in.
