Look:
I like it. It's nice and quite realistic. Though I'm not the biggest fan of the color. Despite being one of the darkest colors, it compares to the caramel tone from New York Toy Collective. In my opinion, the color feels a bit desaturated and not very lively. It's an uncut peen, which I love. I can't say it enough but we need more uncut options on the market! I dig the wrinkles around the foreskin and on the shaft. The balls are kinda square, not the best I've seen. The urethra is just one big hole, not realistic at all but this is probably made with the STP function in mind? More on that later. I think it could pass a quick look at the toilets and I doubt people would look at your dick in frontal view. All in all, that would be a weird situation anyways :P
Packing:
I like packing with it. The size is quite comparable to the Mister Limpy XS. The big cup sits comfortably against your body. It's mainly the no-spill edge that's against you. I have a bit of growth, but it didn't get in the way of wearing the Xmall. It's light which is very nice. The Xmall doesn't create a big boner look, though you have to wear it in tighter briefs/boxers. Then again, most prosthetics require you to wear tighter undies. I don't pack it upward, but I think that might be a bit difficult as it's more designed to pack down and be 'erect' for the STP function.
STP:
I think initially I had some beginner's luck because nowadays it's more difficult to get it right at all. Still, the big urethra makes it easier to pee without having to control your flow! The Xmall has a no-spill lip with a big enough cup which can help too. Alas, these 2 assets did not help me from spilling and leaking :(
The biggest con of the big urethra is this: it seems like the pee's directoin goes everywhere when you pee (see first video), making it difficult to aim properly. Only recently when I tried it in the showers, did the direction go in one line for once (second video). Sadly, this is often way too unpredictable for me to be comfortable and confident enough to ever try this outside my own home.
Recommended?
I feel mixed about it. As a packer, I can definitely recommend it. Especially if you're looking for a Mister Limpy XS uncut version, this one is great for the price. And it's 100% silicone! I can't recommend it for the STP function, but I think it's still worth a try. It costs 42$ on TransguySupply's shop. I think this could still be a great beginner STP that actually packs well, compared to the Packer Gear STP which is stiff and less realistic looking.

+ Cheaper price (can be compared slightly as a cheaper version of the EZP by Transthetics)

+ compact, not too big of a bulge

Cons:
- big urethra causes pee's direction goes everywhere
- bigger but shallow cup, overflows quickly
- STP function didn't work for me
